After a long talk with one of my best friends, she asked me how I can
tell she wasn't the right type for internet home business, I made her a
personal list, but this list is right for everybody else.
To find out if you are the right type for starting an
internet home
business, you will have to dig deep inside yourself, and
be true and
honest with yourself, this is your life, and you will be fooling only
yourself.
Remember that almost every one want to work from home and make money
online, but not everyone can own a business and be their own boss.
Here are 6 ways to find out if you are the internet home
business type:
1- You
made the decision to work from home, but have you ever asked
yourself can you own your own business and be your own boss? If the
answer is yes then keep reading.
2- Are you
disciplined? Owning an internet home business is all about
being discipline, you need to create your own schedule and stick to it.
This is your new job, your home is your office and you need to treat it
like that.
Yes you can wake up whenever you want, but you need to wake up get
dressed and go to work in your home, in the room you assigned as your
office.
3- Can you work by
yourself? Some people just can't work alone, they
need a boss or a manger, someone to give them their schedule and tell
them what to do and how to do it. They need someone to keep an eye on
them, make sure they didn't screw up. Some people need the personal
assistant by their side, to make sure everything is working like a
clock, keeping track on correspondence, emails, billing etc.
4- Are you looking
for a get rich quick plan? If your answer is yes
then internet home business is not for you. The internet business needs
your investment, like any other business you need to invest in your
business, your time and a small amount of money. your home business is
much more cheaper than an offline business, a lot f your tools are free
to use, but for example, if you want a website, you need to pay for
hosting. This leads me to my next question
5- Are you ready to
invest in your business? Are you willing to invest
time and some money in this business? If your answer is yes, then you
are on the right track.
6- Are you
organized? In order to keep you business running smoothly,
you must be organized. Keep your schedule, keep your paper work
organized, have a calendar and a journal near you when you work, write
events, subscription dates and billing dates and most important, keep a
budget. It is very easy to get distracted in this business, and you
need to learn to think with you head and not with your heart, otherwise
you will join to many programs, and pay for too many stuff that you
probably don't need.
I can go on and on but these are the main 6 ways you need to check to
find if you are the
internet home business type.
