Being an internet home business owner made me realize how important it is to take a brake.

When you are working in a 9 to 5 job, the brake is built in, you have a coffee brake and a lunch brake, you go home and forget about everything, then on the weekend you rest from work.
But being an internet home business owner, especially a new one, how just starts to build your business, sometimes it is very hard to take a brake.

I know what I am saying, Sometimes I have this feeling that if I don't work today I will miss something, it's not like I am going to be rich exactly today, right?

When You are still working in a 9 to 5 job and starting an online business, it is very hard to find any free time. After finishing your day job, you go home, there are house works to do and children who need your attention and then go to your online business and work in front of the computer, and on the weekends you must use any spare minute you have for your online business, because this is the time to catch up on your work and everything you didn't get to do on the week days.

I very often found my self sitting in front of my computer trying to do this one more thing, submit one more article, write another blog post, and forgot to go to sleep.

How many times did you forgot to get up from your chair and drink a glass of water, or eat, How many times did you forget to take a brake and go for a little walk, breath some fresh air.

Well, I have news for you, if you miss one day of working on your home business nothing will happen!! You won't become a millionaire a day early, and in the next day after your brake you will see everything more clearly.

When you are just starting your internet home business taking a day off is a must! with all the information flowing to your inbox, and all this amount of information, you must take a brake and ket your mind rest.

Today I am taking a brake from my internet home business and going out to have some fun, and lucky for me I am going out tomorrow too, but I still have time to work a little.

I have a "to do" list, to keep me organized and I squeeze the brake time in it too.

I suggest you do it too.

Now get up and go do something fun :)
