Many people start an internet home business because of the perks (working from, financial freedom, no boss, etc), but they forget the challenges that come with an internet home business. Here are a few of the home business challenges you may stumble on when starting a new business from home.

First come the challenge of working at home alone. Many fantasize on the idea of working at home, and not having to go to work every day. It may be a one of the best perks of internet business, but for some people it can becomes a challenge and sometimes even the only reason to go back to work. Why? Because they cannot work alone. They discover they miss the company of co-workers. They someone to talk too and go to lunch with. They need the coffee breaks, and missing the usual small talk in the corridors.

Another challenge is making the dream come true. Many of them are building high hopes from their new and fresh home business. Many of them just want a quick way to make money, and do not completely understand the meaning of owning an internet home business, and what is involved and they do not have a clue on the way an internet home business works.

After they get started and a month fly without any income they are getting discouraged and don't understand why they are not making a full salary already. After a month they realize they need to make it happen. This is the point when those who really want to make money keep on going, learning and applying and the others quit and go back to their day jobs.

The last home business challenge is keep the motivation going. Finding inspiration is hard enough, and a home business is a job. You need to work on it every day. Some daily tasks are very ordinary and the same for each day, some of them are boring, some of them you don't like to do, but it had to be done if you want to make it happen and grow you new internet business.

Setting up a schedule and a "to do" list will help overcoming this challenge, finding the inspiration you need to keep going. If not, you can take a day off, why not? You are the boss, but do not make it a habit. A day off is good, a week off is not.
