Once you register an account in a few forums, you now need to edit your profile. Write a little paragraph about yourself and your business. Use your keywords in the text and hyperlink them to your website or blog.

I found traffic exchanges before I even thought about starting an internet home business, and I admit, at first I thought they are annoying, clicking waiting for the time to go off, but it took time and I learn to use them and make the most out of them.
All I did is surf for credits. I had to wait 20 or 30 seconds for the timer to go off before I could switch for the next page. How clueless I was :-). When you know how long it takes for the timer to go off, you can choose which websites to surf at each session, and more important, where to locate them in your browser. For example, if you chose to surf one website with a 30 seconds timer, you can also surf at the same time one 20 seconds traffic exchange and two 15 seconds traffic exchanges and a couple of 5 seconds engines.
