It all started with the world wide web and the opportunity of accessing more and more people, and seeing the potential of selling products with the help of the surfers, and then reward them.
What is affiliate program?
Affiliate program means the revenue between two sides. One is the company who wants sell the products, with minimum coast, and the other is a person who wants to sell the company's products – this is the affiliate. The company will offer this affiliate with tools to promote her products and in return the affiliate will earn commission every time he will send a costumer to this company.
The affiliate doesn't have to come up with a product; he is selling the company's products.
The affiliate doesn't have to pay for a campaign, the company already provided him with the tools.
The affiliate doesn't have to worry about shipping and handling or costumer support, the company is already doing it for him.
Who can join Affiliate programs?
Every one can become an affiliate, you don’t have to have a degree in business management or have a life time experience in selling. All you need is know how to read and write, have an access to a computer and the basic of copy and paste.
What do I need to do to become an affiliate?
If you want to become an affiliate, and it doesn't matter which one, study this program first, learn everything about it and compare with different affiliate programs. Then is you have to do is join the program, and you are on you way to earn money from affiliate programs
What is the best affiliate program for me?
When choosing the right affiliate program you have to consider 5 things.
*Your budget. Do you have money to invest in you new business? Most of the affiliate programs are free to join and free to market, but they sometimes offer you the opportunity to upgrade your account, pay them a small monthly or yearly fee and you will earn more commission.
*Your time. Usually you start being an affiliate working part time from home, the more affiliate programs you join the more time you need to invest.
*Your passion. See what you love. Selling something you are familiar with and know more about is easier to sell then something you never heard about before.
*Your conditions. How much you want to earn, see how much commission the program is paying and what kind of support they are offering to you.
*See if this affiliate program is genuine, is real or is it a scam, search it and ask around, DO NOT join until you are sure and confidant with the program
How do I get paid?
Each and every affiliate program has it own terms and conditions for payment; usually there is a minimum amount you have to reach before being entitled for payment. After you achieved the minimum amount, you can either get your payment with PayPal, a check or company credit card, and you can buy products with the money you earned.
Some affiliate programs will pay once a week, some once in two weeks or once a month.
Can I join now?
With most affiliate programs you can start immediately, the minute you joined the program and confirmed your registration.
Some of the companies, are asking for your Social Security Number for Taxes, and none-USA residents will be asked for their details too, also for Taxes, but most companies wont ask for it, and it will be you responsibility to handle you taxes by yourself.
Coming to this point, if you did the right research and found the program that suites you, join it and start earn money.
